Bastards! The Citizens' Rights Committee, which is leading the debate within the European Parliament on the new data protection for telecommunications directive, narrowly backed a measure that will allow spamming in the European Union (EU). Of course, if I was to attempt to incite everyone who reads this to forward all their spam to their MEP, they'd find a way to rap my knuckles PDQ. It's still tempting, though....

So, Blunkett opened a new front against the extreme right, did he? Yes, by stealing their clothes. Obviously the way to deal with people who vote for extremist parties or positions is to implement their desires and grab the "credit" for New Labour. And to think that only the other day, Charlie was commending a piece by Blunkett in the Guardian on why the far right is wrong and immigration is good.
